The opening of “The Honeybee Instrumental Insemination Station” brings many advantages. It is both a bee product quality laboratory and a training center for agricultural producers, as well as the project’s office.

Due to international projects, the once-abandoned 50s-era municipal building has turned into an advanced center for agricultural development fitted out with innovative equipment for the honeybee instrumental insemination station.

The building underwent a total renovation in the framework of the project “Cooperation for Agricultural Sector Competitive Growth and Diversification of Dolyna Subregion Local Economy Structure”, which is being implemented by the task team of MC “Dolyna-Invest” and Dolyna City Council with EU financial support, with the latest laboratory equipment purchased as part of the project “Training Dolyna Entrepreneurs for Production of Competitive and Exportable Bee Products (artificially and naturally mated Carpathian queenbees)” funded by Global Affairs Canada through PLEDDG’s Democratic Governance and Development Initiatives Support Fund.

PLEDDG Project was represented at the ceremony by PLEDDG SME Initiatives Coordinator Iryna Voitsekhivska.
Director of MC “Dolyna-Invest” Oleksandr Kizyma and Mayor Volodymyr Harazd were also in attendance.
