Today, on April 17th, Vinnytsia is hosting the VinLadyFest Women Business Forum. The two-day Forum, which takes place at the Franz hotel, brings together 150 women from various Ukrainian cities. The Forum speakers are former Ukrainian president Viktor Yushchenko, founder and First Dean of the Kyiv Mohyla Business School (KMBS), the President of the Kyiv School of Economics, the former Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (2014) Pavlo Sheremeta, Deputy Mayor Vladyslav Skalskyi, etc.
For the third year the forum has been gathering business ladies from Kyiv, Lviv, Ternopil, Poltava, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi, Kramatorsk, and other Ukrainian cities. The forum participants are united by a desire to grow and improve themselves by pursuing their professional choices. The forum serves as a platform for networking, sharing experiences, useful master classes, a source for motivation and inspiration for women entrepreneurs.
Vinnytsia Deputy Mayor, Vladyslav Skalskyi, pointed out that Vinnytsia had a number of programs for SME development.
Among keynote speakers of the VinLadyFest Women Business Forum was the ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko. He noted that a woman’s work is important in any sphere of public life.
The organizer of the VinLadyFest Women Business Forum is the NGO “Vinnytsia Club of Business People”, which partnered with Vinnytsia City Council and Partnership for Local Economic Development and Democratic Governance Project (PLEDDG) to organize the event.
