In Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk oblast, an innovative project for persons with disabilities is about to launch. As reported by the City Council, a non-governmental organization “Same Chas” together with the PLEDDG is implementing an inclusive eco-bag sewing project.

As noted, the workshop will be located on the premises of the Kolomyia Red Cross Society, which is located on 24, Petlury str.

The city budget allocated UAH 195 thousand for the installation of a pavilion for the workshop. Funds for the purchase of the equipment and materials are allocated by the PLEDDG Project.

The total cost of the project is over UAH 645 thousand. The project is designed for 8 months of co-funding, and after that it will remain working independently.

The founders are planning to sell their products in local supermarkets and gift shops.
