This is a series of courses to improve skills or learn a new profession in the field of tourism business and services, writes WestNews.

The goal of the project is to improve the efficiency of private entrepreneurs and small businesses in the tourism sector of the Yaremche region through the introduction of modern technologies for business promotion and the use of qualified personnel, which will increase the chances of successful competition with large market players and other tourist regions.

“This will allow small entrepreneurs to increase their chances of being competitive and gain high-quality human resources. We created the Agency for Human Resources and Marketing. A total of 69 participants registered for the training, 70 participants took courses and received certificates, including 40 women.

“I took SMM courses. We are all used to writing something on social networks, we make posts. As the head of the museum, I had to do it as part of my work as well. We understand that nowadays, communication has moved to social networks. You can’t do without them now. I used to do it in my own way, without any special skills. I have learned to do what I couldn’t before. Yes, the logos are far from perfect, but now we have an idea,” said Bohdana Fashtryha, director of the Museum of Ethnography and Ecology of the Carpathians.

“I have long dreamed of mastering the profession of a tour guide. I saw the ad, I registered, and I went to study. After the courses, I helped organize a trip in our village to the Church of St. Anne in Boryslav.
