The opening of the physical space of the Business Incubator took place in Kremenchuk. From now on, the city community has a great opportunity to develop their business.

From now on, enterprising, creative, and proactive citizens of Kremenchuk have a new space.

Experience exchange, education, business workshops, short meetings, mentors, roundtables, grant competitions, co-financing, looking for investors – all this will be carried out by the business incubator from now on.

Over the past year, business incubators have begun to appear in Ukrainian cities, creating a favorable environment for business development.

Last year, NGO Divergent Woman, which promotes women’s entrepreneurship, submitted a project to create a business incubator for the development of women’s initiatives in Kremenchuk to the competition of the SME Fund of the international technical assistance project “Partnership for Local Economic Development and Democratic Governance” (PLEDDG) and won it.

The project “Business Incubator for the Development of Women’s Initiatives in Kremenchuk” is a new format and innovative institution for Kremenchuk, which will take care of the development and scaling of micro, small, and medium businesses with an emphasis on women’s entrepreneurship.

What is the goal of the project?

The goal is to create a cluster of socially active women who make their own decisions and can cooperate by providing tools for achieving economic and financial independence, increasing the share of working women, and creating additional jobs through the development and promotion of women’s entrepreneurship and mentoring in the region.

What are the objectives of the project?

  1. Promote women’s business in Kremenchuk.
  2. Adapt business education course for women and provide free training on the basics of running your own business.
  3. Create the first business incubator for the development of women’s initiatives in the city, which will become a place for obtaining knowledge, assistance, finding business partners, and self-development.
  4. Establish cooperation among entrepreneurs based on the win-win strategy.

Who coordinates the implementation of the project in Kremenchuk?

Yuliya Tsybulska – Divergent Woman, graduate and Ambassador of the “Innovative entrepreneurship and education in Ukraine” program (MASHAV, Israel). Founder of the “Divergent Education” educational hub and UNIYA IT Agency, Chairwoman of the NGO Divergent Woman.

Hanna Tymofiyenko – Divergent Woman, 10 years of experience in business, owns and runs beauty salons and four brands, business coach, mentor, teacher at a business school for women’s leadership.
