On March 10, during the Working group meeting on the elaboration of the 2020-2022 Social Entrepreneurship Development Program in Vinnytsia ATC, the draft of the strategic document (available in Ukrainian) was presented. It will contribute to the establishing of a favorable ecosystem for social entrepreneurship development in Vinnytsia.
This is an unprecedented document in Ukrainian context. In Vinnytsia, it is being implemented together with the international technical assistance project “Partnership for Local Economic Development and Democratic Governance” (PLEDDG Project). The document is designed for three years with the possibility of further updating of the requirements to fit the times.
Deputy Director of the Economic and Investment Department Iryna Chernata noted that the program’s action plan has already been developed. In the future it might become an effective tool for the development of social entrepreneurship in the city. PLEDDG consultant Anna Gulevskaya-Chernysh noted that the Coordination Council would coordinate the implementation of this program and provide recommendations.
