Vinnytsia City Development Institute on its Facebook page described the 100 days of Hub’s operation as follows:

“100 days of HubVynnytsia: organizing events, building partnerships! From January 27, 2018 when Vinnystsia Hub welcomed its first visitors until May 8, 2018, as many as 36 organizations ran their events in this innovative multifunctional space, visited by around 4,000 people. Altogether, 56 events were conducted in the Hub within those 100 days: 24 training sessions and workshops, 3 lectures on cultural topics, 2 historic discussions, 3 urbanistic studios and 8 events devoted to ecology, business, human rights protection and integrated city development. 8 events were national level events.TEDxVinnytsia opened “Facets of the Future” in this space, Vinnytsia History Center presented its vision of “Zamkova Gora”, and the Spatial Development Agency together with the four urbanists’ teams from all over the country developed and presented their vision of Kotsubynskyi avenue development.

Special delegations and guests visit the Hub practically every day in order to see the transformer-space and platform for interaction. During this period, it was visited by representatives of the British Embassy, representatives from the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, Ambassador of Canada to Ukraine, the guests from the Embassy of Switzerland and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and representatives of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine.

In the meantime, a new partnership for city development is being established in the Hub: dozens of non-governmental organizations are busy developing strategic documents, organizational and business model of its functioning. At the end of May, they plan to present their proposals to the general public. These activities are implemented as part of the “Meaningful city: a Space for Communication and Participation” project with the support from Democratic Governance and Development Initiatives Support Fund of the Partnership for Local Economic Development and Democratic Governance Project (PLEDDG).
