On November 29, the final event of the Accelerator of Creative Women’s Startups Project Startup Demo Day was held in Ivano-Frankivsk. Ten women who were selected to participate in the program by the independent Accelerator Council had a unique opportunity to present their startups to experienced entrepreneurs and receive their professional comments and advice on further development.
The participants presented projects in different areas: production of souvenirs, perfumes, knitwear, textiles and decor, illustration, fashion design, cooking, service media and creative school.
Accelerator of women’s startups is an initiative of the Tourist Association of Ivano-Frankivsk region (TAIF) in the framework of “B2B Creative Women Network: Strengthening the Opportunities of Women in Creative Industries in Ivano-Frankivsk”, which is being implemented with the financial support of the PLEDDG SME Support Fund.
Workshop-studio helps women, who want to start their own businesses, to implement specific creative business ideas and startups; conducts training courses and networking. In addition, the platform supports the development of women’s business community. That is why throughout the training process, the representatives of Ukrainian creative industries supervised amateur women entrepreneurs.
