On July 16, as a part of the project Foundation and Ensuring the Effective Activity of the Business Club in Ladyzhyn implemented by the PLEDDG, a founding meeting of the Ladyzhyn Business Club took place. The event was attended by entrepreneurs and guests who work closely with small businesses and support them to the fullest.

Ihor Sniehin, director of DTEK Ladyzhynska TPP announced that DTEK provided premises for the Business Club. Furniture and equipment for the Business Club were purchased at the expense of the PLEDDG and DTEK, complete with an alarm system and Internet connection.

Mariya Kolotylo, director of the Ladyzhyn City Branch of the Vinnytsia Oblast Employment Center spoke about the state of the labor market in the city and the services provided by the State Employment Service to entrepreneurs when the quarantine restrictions on business activities were in place. Thanks to timely awareness and effective cooperation, 150 entrepreneurs of Ladyzhyn received assistance in connection with the temporary suspension of activities. This is the highest figure in the Vinnytsia Oblast.

Oleksiy Alieksieiev, head of the NGO Business Club, informed the audience about the establishment of the Coordinating Council of the Business Club, which is open to any entrepreneur to develop partnerships and deepen the cooperation between entrepreneurs and local self-government, state authorities, and the public to ensure support for important social business initiatives.

Liudmyla Ravliuk, director of the Ladyzhyn Local Economic Development Agency and the project manager acquainted the participants of the meeting with the schedule of events within the project.

Oksana Chornomorets, head of the NGO Foundation for Business Initiatives presented the plan of activities of the Club for the coming months and the topics for subsequent meetings

 The participants of the event noted the importance of the social responsibility of Ladyzhyn entrepreneurs, as well as their participation in charitable events.

The project is implemented in accordance with the SME Development Program in Ladyzhyn for 2017-2021.
