With support from PLEDDG Project, on September 28th the city of Ivano-Frankivsk hosted the 4th International Investment Forum “Partnership and Prospects”. At the Forum, Ihor Lepyoshkin, PLEDDG Senior Expert, Head of Experts Group, spoke about cooperation between PLEDDG Project and Ivano-Frankivsk, expounding on what had been achieved thus far and what joint initiatives were under way.

On September 25, at an official ceremony diplomas were awarded to the first 20 ATO veterans who successfully completed the training course held in the framework of the project “Creating Conditions for Occupational Retraining of ATO Veterans in Zaporizhia”.

On September 13, 2018, the Executive Committee of Melitopol City Council hosted another regular session of the task team working on the 2030 Melitopol Development Strategy.

Today, the city executive committee held its first session on implementation of Zaporizhia Development Strategy. The meeting was attended by representatives from the structural units of Zaporizhia City Council, representatives of PLEDDG Project, deputy corps, and public activists.

On September 7, with the support of PLEDDG project Vinnytsia hosted the VI International Investment Forum “Vinnytsia Region – Business at the heart of Ukraine”. Its objective was to activate economic cooperation, present investment, economic, agro-industrial, and tourist potential of Vinnytsia region, as well as to establish new partnership contacts and build a mutually beneficial cooperation.

On August 28, the Administration Service Center hosted the first team group session on 2030 Melitopol City Development Strategy, which calls for laying the favourable groundwork for economic growth and competitiveness of Melitopol while creating positive investment climate, improving conditions for entrepreneurship development, and enhancing the work performed by local authorities for ensuring a good standard of living in the city.

Kremenchuk Mayor Vitaliy Maletskyi had a working meeting with PLEDDG experts, who were conducting trainings on provision of high quality administrative services based on the example of the Kremenchuk Administration Service Center.

Today, on July 1, the event hall of the “Knyzhka” office block hosted the roundtable meeting on the use of ETC “ProZorro.Sale” for sales of small privatization objects and lease of utility property. The event welcomed Deputy Director of RSA Department for International Cooperation and Regional Development Nadia Nasikovska, Acting General Director of SE “PROZORRO.SALE” Oleksiy Soboliev, Senior Expert, Head of Experts Group Ihor Lepyoshkin, representatives of e-commerce platforms, and representatives of local government of the region.

On Wednesday, July 18th, for several hours, Vinnytsia transformed into a Mecca for the best Ukrainian advertisers: within one day only, there came the teams from the two strongest marketing agencies of the country.

Zaporizhia hosted a two-day media training during which Ukrainian and world-renowned journalists were teaching local mass media representatives to disclose propaganda false reports and verify the politicians’ declarations, frequently conflicting with reality.
